It sounds like Sowder's doctrine? I do know there is a large Sowderite church in that area? His father was a Oneness preacher from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet. Joel has been drifting doctrinally for years. He is one of the nicest men you will ever meet that is a Hemphill trait.
