I maintain faith in Jesus. I do not have to maintain holiness because only He is holy just as the angels cry, "holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty".

I do not think what I do earns heaven my home but rather what God did for me as the Lamb of God.
So, in your estimation salvation comes only through faith? That holiness is imparted and it does not matter how you live because you believe and He gave you holiness?

You do not have to maintain holiness? Huh, this sounds like a well thought out position. Do you have some scriptural foundation for these oppinions?

Salvation comes by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ right?
Do we agree there?

If you want, I can take some time and write a study of scriptures but if you already have your mind made up please why would I go forth with a hour or two of effort in studying, typing and commenting unless you would pay me what I make at work by the hour or unless you were really serious about learning.

Holy means:

ho·ly /ˈhoʊli/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[hoh-lee] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation adjective, -li·er, -li·est, noun, plural -lies.
–adjective 1. specially recognized as or declared sacred by religious use or authority; consecrated: holy ground.
2. dedicated or devoted to the service of God, the church, or religion: a holy man.
3. saintly; godly; pious; devout: a holy life.
4. having a spiritually pure quality: a holy love.

5. entitled to worship or veneration as or as if sacred: a holy relic.
6. religious: holy rites.
7. inspiring fear, awe, or grave distress: The director, when angry, is a holy terror.
–noun 8. a place of worship; sacred place; sanctuary.

Leviticus 19:2
Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy

2 Corinthians 6:17
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you
18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty

Holiness and separation are required in both the Old and New Testements.

Can you show me a scripture that says that Christ is our holiness? (seriously... If there's one I'd like to know, I'm wracking my brain)

When I have my mind settled on fundamental issues.... it is usually easy to give at least a couple of references in support. Thought you might me able to do the same. Apparently you haven't got a certain passage in mind.

When God gives you the gift of the Holy Ghost, He gives you the holiness of God. That is why they call it the "Holy" Ghost.

You see in the old testament only one high priest could enter into the holy of holies to administer blood atonement for the people of Jehovah. If he did something WRONG he could be KILLED.

In our new covenant with God, we can approach him not because of all the rules and commandments we followed, but because He gave us his Spirit and made us holy unto Him.

God filled us with His Holy Spirit.
