My telephone just rang and it was from a Catholic lady and her husband that are friends of ours in Brazil. She was wanting to know how my husband is doing. They really know nothing about the true way but Brother Alvear's kindness to them has made them decide we are real Christians and we have something their church does not have...Never one time have we mentioned their Hail Mary's and their prayer beads...we have LIVED Jesus and among the thousands of people they deal with they have chosen us to be their friends.
She also told me that when we get back to Brazil she and her husband want to come visit our church.
I could take a sermon on prayer beads and idol worship and kill them...I choose to let them slowly understand of a God who needs no prayer beads…
