If I may, I'd like to ask a question to you all....
I'm a woman and have been called to the Ministry. What are your feelings on women ministers? And Pastors, how would you train a woman minister? Or do you feel that it is another Elder woman's job to follow thru with training?

I'm lucky that I have a GREAT pastor that feels that God can call man and woman. But also, that knows the ministry is God's calling, not his, ya kno what i mean? (stupid w key is broke, sorry)

I've never had a woman called under my ministry. I think, however, that Bro. Epley has and he might be able to answer your question.
