I think we all have our pet peeves, but just because a preacher exhibits something that annoys us does not mean that man is not anointed or delivering a message from God's Word.
It isn't a sin to be annoying.
God calls people from all sorts of backgrounds, all different types of personalities, different education levels, and different styles of speaking. I seem to recall a few men in the Bible that God used that really weren't very "qualified." They probably had quite a few annoying attributes. Thankfully, God uses people and anoints them when we don't think He should have, necessarily. I really like Him for that.
