I don't wear pants. Nor do I wear slits. I do wear well fitted clothing so I don't look sloppy.... My sleeves go past my elbows, although I don't believe that if your elbow shows you are hellbound...
Yes, I wear nylons.........I really don't care what color they are....
I was going to say that I don't wear a stitch of jewelry, but since hair clips are functional then I guess that is what I wear. I used hair clips but they aren't gold. Neither do I wear studs or pearls in my hairclips that would be going against the whole principle of the non jewelry thing.
I have kept standards that my church preached because I was a member there. even though I didn't always agree.
Some things are not up to personal conviction because they are very clear in the Word of God.
and for the record.............. I would not change one thing about the standards I keep! I am one of those happy to apostolic and everything that comes with it!!!
I don't look to changing anytime soon....well, except my clothes. I don't like wearing the same ones over and over!!!

I am curious to know what you think is right..... ??? what is it you believe on this stuff...and not just "my church rules are"...do you feel these things are mandated by God??? Would you marry a wife with anything less than what you believe when it comes to the standards you mentioned???
Ok, here are my answers. I believe that standards are different in everyone's life regardless even if you all go to the same exact church!!! Most of these above are personal convictions but there are a few that I do just simply to be obedient and submissive - I would not attend a UPC church if I could not humbly abide by their guidelines. I am happy with my life and the way I dress and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!!! This is the best way to live whether these issues are salvational or not!!!!!!
