Yes all the letters was written to the saved for teaching.Please NOTE what he said,you shall be saved,saved when ?

9: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Note what Jesus said,shall be saved,saved when ?

Mark 16:16: He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.


Even Jesus said he that is baptized shall be saved.

Roman 10:9 is dealing with the Jews..they need to confess and believe..

Nope,the book of Romans was written to the assemblie at Rome,they were not Jews and are not now.

romans 10:1..is the context..Paul writing to Gentiles expressing his desire for the JEWS..to become saved!!..hows that
