Thank you so much QE...your a dear....and I am very blessed and could ask for nothing...for God has given me more much more than I ever expected or deserved in life....I am just hanging out at home, its just to cold and yucky out to go anywhere...I was thinking about going to the beauty parlor/spa and getting a make over............don't know how much they could do though with out putty and paste!!!

Good Morning all....well yesterday was probably one of my better birthdays! All you wonderful people and your well wishes started my day off great...got a couple of special cards...and that joke I made about the spa...well my hunny read my mind and brought home a wonderful gift certificate for one of the spas here in town....whoo hoo... a day of relaxation and pampering here I come....he also brought me great red roses, and a beautiful card! Then to top the day off my brother and sister in law took us to dinner...at one of our favorite restaurants in town....now today it is lunch with my daughter...this one is my bio daughter!

So again thank you all for your wonderful well wishes, and blessings it was just a tender touch to my heart!

I hope you all have a great day.....I will be busy and gone so might not make it back until tomorrow....tonight we have HOG officers meeting...

That's great STS!!!! Birthday's are no fun when you get older. I admit mine is Saturday and I am DREADING it!!! Every year now I just think of how much closer I am getting to being 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It depressed me! I am going to my mom's tomorrow night with all the family for a birthday dinner. I am glad for that I guess especially since they are all going to give me money to go towards a keyboard!!! I found 3 on ebay that are really nice and great buys but today I am going to go to EZ Pawn and see what they have, I called them and they said they had alot of keyboards so maybe I'll find something cheaper there. We'll see.

We are supposed to be getting some bad weather tonight, ice first then snow. And Ariel is sick, so I may not be on here Fri, Sat & Sun much.

I hope you all have a GREAT day, I'll be back on but if we don't get to chat I also hope you have a GREAT weekend!!!!

STS- So glad you had a great B day!!!! The spa trip is a special treat. A group of girlfriends gave me one when I retired. I loved being pampered and petted for the day! My birthday is next Friday- we have a lot of Aquarius's on Gabby- I will be 57 years old- EQ- It just gets better with age, not worse!!!!!
I have been cleaning house today- my husband hates it when I clean and vacuum the den and especially when he cannot go outside wait me out. But it had to be done, I had been putting off cleaning the den for a couple of days- and I could not put it off any longer. Friday I am going to have lunch with a church friend- She is my best friend in the world- we have been through thick and thin together. Her birthday was last week and my birthday is next week so we are having a birthday luncheon together. Hope everyone has a great day.

STS, I'm glad you had a great birthday! Sounds like your hubby is very sweet & thoughtful to get you such nice gifts for your birthday.

I'm sleepy, I couldn't go back to sleep this morning. Hubby had to get up at 3am and go follow Samantha home from work. There was quite a bit of ice in places on some of the roads she had to travel to come home. It's raining here now, but the forecast looks bad for later today & tonight. He will probably just drive her to work this afternoon-- and come home & go to sleep early so that he can go back to get her at 3am again. At least if we do it that way, we won't have to worry about how to get her car home later. I really hope the forecast is wrong. I do NOT want ICE!!

I need to be up doing some things here, but I can't seem to get moving much today. I have gotten comfortable in front of the heater and don't want to get up.
