Question Ladies: What Outward Standards are you Keeping?

Nope, battles over for me. 35 years I've been apostloic (AMF and UPC)

I know that my feeble attempts and limited knowledge will rarely change anybody's thinking who has there mind made up.

I do not mean to upset anyone in my discussing of these issues.

I agree with you, that you can not cut your hair and not ever wear anything but mid calf length dresses and make heaven your home.

Where I worry is for those who impose and enforce those "personal convictions" as salvational or as a test of fellowship.

I'll let ya be, as a man, as one lady asked me, what are you concerned with this lady stuff for...it does'nt concern you.

But it does..as a husband and a father of an Apostolic girl it does. As a teacher of the word, as an Assisitant pastor and as a child of God it does.

I know of the varnums. they preached NO LIMITS last year in sacramento. I have a good friend of mine who are very close to them and have preached for them for years. Yes, I know they are very conservative and independant as well .

Are they independent or UPC??? I remember when they came into the UPC years ago. bro. Varnum has done an excelleny work there!
