Doesn't this violate the Constitution and count as a form of discrimination?

I heard that Buffets are charging Fat obese people double. They claimed that some of them would eat up all the crab legs and other expensive seafood. I think a lot of people see "all you can eat" as a time to be greedy and eat til they get the Itus and cant walk.
If they own the place why can't they choose whom they will serve? Have you ever seen the sign "No Shirts, No shoes, No service" ?!

You'd think the restaurants would not want this bill to pass. It would hurt their buisness in the end - bigger people buy more food, and if there are such large numbers of obese people in Mississippi, this might just put restaurants out of buisness if they lost their main patrons.

I don't think it's the state's right to force me to serve someone that I don't like or agree with, especially with what is my own. Now that said, if I'm a jerk or bigot or a racist I don't think my business will be too prosperous for too long.

that would be discriminating... how rude.... they wouldn't get my business..

I am an overweight person who can't eat a lot at one time... i just eat the wrong foods at the wrong time... so... just cause you are FAT doesn't mean you eat a lot..

I have a 15 year old, size 2 daughter who can out eat me any day... We go to Golden Coral Buffet, and she will down at least three steaks in addition to other meats and sides.. that girl can EAT!!! Of course when she is running track she eats the heaviest... I guess all that running makes her hungry.
