Hair up or down, to wear red or not ...... is about personal choice, preference or perhaps personal conviction based on conscience, culture, teaching, etc.
If a person's conscience is offended by doing these things then they should not do them because it will affect their faith.
But sinful in the sight of God or transgression of His Word or Law? No.
