I'm not sure I would connect the dots between "anti-depressants" and "standards". 
You need to hang out with some happy people. My friends and I are pretty happy girls. I remember one time on the way to Ladies' Conference, we stopped by Cracker Barrel for dinner, and we laughed and giggled and talked so much--and so loudly--that our drama director actually got embarrassed. LOL!!!! Just havin' fun.
