Yes and no.
Yes, I believe there already is a global revival. Thousands of people are being saved all around the world. In China there are thousands of people coming to God in the house church movement. In Africa millions are hearing the Gospel. So, a revival has come and has been here for some time now.
No, I do not believe the whole world will be saved. I do not believe that the church/kingdom will fill the earth and change laws and society so everyone is converted and there is a kingdom on earth.

Out of curiosity, would you list these four major moves of God since Azusa Street?

Re: Global Revival?
1. Pentecostal Revival- 1900's through the early 40's Apostolic Ministry- Church organization, governmentt order
2. Healing Revival- Mid- 40's to late 50's Evangelistic Ministry- Healing, deliverance, evangelism
3. Teaching Revival - Early 60's -late 70's Teaching Ministry- Focus on teaching, "rooting and grounding in the faith"
4. Pastoral Revival - 70's to present Pastoral Ministry- Spiritual maturity, church growth, personal evangelism
5. Prophetic Revival- To follow- Emphasis on 2nd Coming, Bible Prophecy, uniting the church, preparation for the coming of the Kingdom of Heaven
Now compare this with the beginning of the Ministry of Jesus on earth:
1. Apostle- Calling, commisiioning, teaching the disciples who would later lead God's Church.
2. Evangelist- Itinerant, personal evangelism. Emphasis on Healing, deliverance.
3. Teacher- Teaching the Word, Focus on parables and teaching.
4. Pastor- Pastoral care of His follwers, Feeding them the Gospel, refers to them as "sheep".
5. Prophetic- Teaching "future events"- signs of His Coming, cruifixtion, Commissions and unites disciples for leadership of the church until His return.

Just my opinion but I do not believe these verses speak of universal revival. I will give my opinion on each passage:
1. Rock is Christ coming back in power to reign ( Rev 19:11-21) to destroy the antiChrist and set up His kingdom on earth to rule from the throne of David in Jerusalem
2. mustard seed is supposed to sprout and produce a mustard bush/tree. Instead, up comes a monstrosity --a great big tree. Birds (demons) perch in its branches. Birds are the ones that come and steal the seed/Word in Matthew 13:4, 19. In Daniel 4:20-22 a tree full of birds is Babylon. This monstrosity is a fake church/kingdom filled with demons ref Rev. 18:2.
3. Leaven/yeast is a symbol of evil ref Mark 8:15. A woman (false church) puts leaven (evil/false teaching) into the flour until the whole (visible) kingdom has been corrupted by it
Maybe something different than what you've heard before but I am not the only one who sees it that way.

I thought you meant 4 after Azusa.
I guess I would see it this way:
1. Azusa and for several years until Pentecostals became pretty institutionalized
2. Healing revival with Voice of Healing, A.A. Allen, Jack Coe, Oral Roberts, etc.
3. Latter Rain movement
4. FGBMFI
5. Jesus people/Charismatic renewal
6. Third wave (Vineyard, mega churches, etc.
7. Dont know what might be next, maybe the rapture?
Not disagreeing with you. Just pointing out that there may be different ways of classifying moves of God. For example, the Latter Rain movement (3), the FGBMFI (4) might be tied in with the healing movement (2) and counted as one move. The third wave (6) might just be considered the Charismatic movement in further development
