Not to mention "double-dipping." Men who are supposed to be working and receiving a salary from the org, yet are out preaching every weekend and getting paid handsomely for that as well.

How many days a week should they work at HQ?

Let me explain.
Let's say...
1. A minister is employed by Headquarters to head up a division, or assist a dept head on a salaried basis.
2. That minister receives a housing allowance, unbelievable retirement package and excellent salary with health benefits.
3. That minister goes to such and such district event or local church and expects to be paid handsomely for speaking. He expects this BECAUSE of the position he holds.
How silly is that? Especially when those people are already paying him big bucks through dues and donations to HQ.
I could totally understand travel reimbursement. But some of these men are abusing the system. They make as much from preaching out as they do from their salaried position.
