And sometimes they pick something out, only to see the baby and realize that the name doesn't fit them at all.
My older sister was supposed to be Jessica if a girl, and Scott if a boy. Well, my Mom took one look at her and said to my Dad "Her name is Monica" and my dad was like "whaa-huh?" as it was not a name that they have ever even discussed
