So when the next "bad" thing is labeled as such, who decides we need to stop doing it? do we vote on it? When UPC made that decision during the hippie days , did everyone go along? Did all agree that they were right? do we agree now, that they were right to do so back then?

Interesting thing is this, and I will be fileted for saying it.
If you look at Gay publications, pictures in the newspaper, pics of them celebrating thier lifestyle (remember Vancouver is called San Fran North)
There are a high percentage that have beards!
Something to consider.

Again, I am biased anyway because I disliked beards before I came to God.
Don't get for a second that I said that if you wear a beard you are gay!
I never said that, I only said that a high percentage are?
Is that one reason not to wear one.
I have friends both in and out of the Church who wear beards.
My uncle & his sons wear beards & are active in thier Trinity Pentecostal Church & are fine people.

Most of the guys around here are shaving clean - their chest hair too! Sick!
Are ya'll really strict about the facial hair in Canada? We aren't all that strict about that here.
Some men have said they felt it was a pride issue for them and shaved.
