One capsule has 100mg.

Ten capsules can be given at once with little more than stomach craps.

Esther,

These Brazilian restaurants like Fogo and Texas de Brasil are upscale restaurants where you pay one price and it is all you can eat. Texas de Brasil in Memphis is around $35-$40 per person and worth every penny.

They have a big salad bar featuring some regular stuff you recognize but then also Brazilian foods. YOu don't want to eat much there though because you save your appetite for the meat!

At Texas de Brasil as long as you are eating from the Salad bar you keep a coin like thing by your plate turned to the green side ( if I remember right). Once you are ready to eat the meat you flip it over to the red side then the waiters know to offer you the meat.

They have grills in the kitchen that they grill giant skewers full of filet mignion, other kinds of steak, chicken, pork, lamb, etc. Then waiters circulate throughout the resaturant constantly with these giant skewers offering you a piece of whatever meat they are carrying. You pick what you want and eat as much as you want. Like Ferd said you can eat 2lbs of filet mignion if you want to! It is very high quality food. we are NOT talking Golden Coral or Ryans.

Sounds good, but I could never eat there.

Would just be a waste of money for me!!

Unless they'd charge me what they charge 2 yr olds!

The first time I ate at Texas de Brasil I made the mistake of sampling too many interesting things at the big salad bar. Then I was too full to really enjoy all the different kinds of meat.

I did not make that mistake the next two times I went!

I think Nashville has a Brazilian restaurant but it is not one of these chains with a good reputation and I have never heard anything about it so I don't know if it is good or not. I may have to check it out now that my taste buds are going for some good grilled food.

That kind of restaurant reminds me of The New Orleans House. A very classy, upscale restaurant that had such a variety of gourmet foods! It was incredible. I remember their seafood bar was magnificent. Every kind of fish, shrimp, lobster....you name it, I think they had it! Of course the meats were excellent also! They even had a pianist playing a beautiful grand piano. I would have given up my meal to play it! well, maybe not! Anyway, it was around $30.00 a person also. One of the other things I like about it was that I could dress up and not be out of place because everyone there was either in a suit or very beautiful outfits! The only way it would be better was to be able to go to the symphony afterward! Ahh!!!
