LOL! Maybe he doesn't do this but once they pee on the wood, that 'stain' won't come out., we've redone wood floors and no matter how much you sand, it goes down deep.
I am glad most of our house is tile, it is the best thing (or vinyl flooring) if you're gonna have indoor pets., oh and no "fabric" furniture, ours are leather..although one cat did ruin our recliner with his claws.
Even when fixed some males will still be able to spray., one of ours does., its better to get them neutered while very young., if possible.

Waaaay too complicated!

This is a good point--the younger they are neutered the better, before the spraying instinct has a chance to kick in. Still, call me gender biased, but this is why we always have GIRL cats.

I feel for you. My cat never comes inside. If it just goes in your daughters room, try putting some moth balls in the room. We lived in a mobile home park years ago and the owner loved cats. We kept moth balls under the mobile home and it seemed to work. As soon as it gets warm put it out and it will grow a coat to protect it in the winter when the time comes.

I have one that I think is jealous of my daughter....he wets on her stuff.
He has been fixed but for whatever reason whenever he feels like it he does it.

He is my favorite otherwise I would have already kicked him out!

I wondered if anyone else has ever had this problem and if so what did you do?
