I went to the doctor this morning to get my stitches out and x-rays taken. He said all looks great and that I'm doing well!

I knew that!

My dad brought me on home and I'm settle back in my place. It feels good to be home. My bestest friend spent the afternoon with me and now I'm going to lie down for a bit on my machine and watch TV.

I've got the machine up to 90 degrees so far and I'm able to get around in the apt fairly good too without pain meds today.

Thanks again for all the prayers and thoughts you guys have sent up for me - that have paid off big time!

Also, it was great to come home to so many cards from you guys - - LOVED IT!!!! Thanks for each of them. Tina, thanks for the prayer cloth, that meant a lot to me. I sat with it on my knee this afternoon to finish the work that God has already started in the healing of my new knee!

You guys have made this so much better - - I'm not a lone at all! I have tons of friends!!!! Might not have ever met some of you, but you are still my friend!

I was really exhausted last night, so I went to bed at 8:00 and slept well until this morning around 8:00 (just woke up a couple times).

Just accomplised taking my dog out with me on the walker and taking a shower in my apt. (more of a challenge since it's in a tub and not just a walk in shower).

Now, I'm going to cook some breakfast. Everything just takes twice as long, but at least I'm up and doing it!
