I think he did. And I believe he was very happy. Happiness is a choice.

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 1 John 3:2 KJV
Oh my...just moments ago my mom and me watched a DVD from BOTT 2008, and Bro. Willoughby just spoke this.
He said that in Luke 10:21 where it reads, "...Jesus rejoiced in spirit," it actually means He leaped, jumped for joy.
So, do I believe He danced?! Sure do...!!
Zephaniah 3:14-17 says that YHWH will rejoice and dance over His people in love and joy.
Shout for joy, daughter of Zion,
Israel, shout aloud!
Rejoice, exult with all your heart,
daughter of Jerusalem!
Yahweh has repealed your sentence;
he has driven your enemies away.
Yahweh, the king of Israel is in your midst;
you have no more evil to fear.
When that day comes, word will come to Jerusalem
Zion, have no fear,
do not let your hands fall limp,
Yahweh your God is in your midst,
a victorious warrior.
He will exult with joy over you,
he will renew you by his love;
he will dance with shouts of joy for you
as on a day of festival.
from The Jerusalem Bible
As a dispensationalist I believe this refers to a time in the future when Israel is restored, however, I also believe it applies spiritually to God's people right now. I think it shows that God is so in love with us that He is giddily dancing over us.

I don't think I'm off base here, but I can almost guarantee you without any doubt whatsoever that indeed, Jesus danced. Dancing was and is part of the Jewish culture. However, it was not the eyes closed, arms flailing, running into things etc, that so many pentecostals call dancing before the Lord.
Jews, for thousands of years, have celebrated the goodness of God in their cultural dance and still do today.
