Just like a lot of epileptics know when they are getting ready to have a seizure. (BTW, for me, if I stay away from cheeses, msg, and nuts and get regular 8 hrs. sleep a night, I hardly ever get them.)
But I'm not talking about those kinds of auras, which is really just a "knowing".
I'm talking about actually seeing a silouhette of light surrounding a person's body like they are glowing... "an aura of light" (perhaps aura is not the right word).

What's cool is sometimes I get whats called "Aura sans migraine", or a "silent migraine", which means I get the weird visual disturbances, but no pain!
(I just wish they were all like that!)
I did know, though, which aura's you were referring to. The new age kind of aura's. That some people are supposed to see, usually different colors as associated with different people, or moods, or other internal determining factors. It makes me think of Ross in the pilot episode of "Friends" telling Phoebe that his aura doesn't need to be cleansed, to which she replies "Fine. Be Murky."
