Tuille Baskets - and other indulgences

Sooo.... I got Kristin some tickets for cooking classes at a local upscale establishment for her birthday...

http://www.andreslakeoz.com/

Tonight she made crispy tuille baskets... yummy!

She loves these classes and looks forward to the breaks from the kids... and I love the great food ideas she brings home!

Sounds like the gift's for you, if you ask me. I admire your technique though. I got my wife a chain saw for her birthday. She wasn't pleased. I bow to your superior husbandry.
