War is an abomination that brings judgment upon all involved.
Where do you get your scripture backing for this premise? Since God condoned and even commanded some wars it seems that some must be of godly consent, henceforth not abominable.

While I haven't personally met Jeanie, I don't believe she's a dude.
Where is your respect?
Sorry, the thread's moving so quick and I'm one against maybe four or five. Please forgive my misaddress.

But when someone asks you for sources, all you have is a gut feeling......LOL!
Gut feelings are valid expressions. They don't prove anything...but apparently neither do "sources".

Hey Chris, do you agree with this? Is this really the point you are trying to make?
Very close to it yes. However, I'd include some doctrinal issues I see hear on the side of those advocating Nationalism as a Christian vitue

Since bestiality is not mentioned in the NT is it not still a sin?
Actually very strong words denoting sexual perversion are used in the New Testament. Words that would include beastiality, yes.
However, we don't see Christians lining up to fight Rome's battles.

Oh, please, CH. That's like saying God called you to the dinner table. This is a discussion among equals. You aren't here to mentor us or persuade us to higher Christianity. You're here expressing your personal opinions just like everyone else.
I hope so. Many here seem to think Christians should love the gun. I was raised in the Lord to believe that Christians don't shed blood. We may pray for our nation's victory and a speedy end to the conflict...but we are not battlefield pawns of earthly governemnts that would sacrifice ourselves or our children on the modern altars of nationalism.
