Actually, you poor people sound like you all are missing the mother ship - this thread is a little UPCesque...it sounds like their counting method, anyway...
Since members can't delete their accounts, the membership rolls can only grow, right? No one has accounted for the "ex" members and subtracted to get a real number right?

This would most likely be impossible to do. Who actually LEAVES this place??? 
The closest we can come is to check the stats. If you look on our front page, it lists Members (1996), and Active Members (1578) in the stats at the bottom. 
And if you REALLY feel like doing the math...the actual member registrations is 2364. (Some spammers have been deleted.)
So having said all that...back to the countdown!
