What recourse does a parent have now ????
As a parent of pre-teen daughter ... there's no way she uses a public bathroom alone in CO

They did that for me when I was 8 months pregnant at Ranger Stadium in Arlington, TX years ago. The men were very polite, even the ones that were somewhat under the influence of alcohol. There were no rude or offensive comments at all.

Another scary thought to me is that it will not be considered indecent exposure if a young girl or even a grown woman is in the same room. Most women's restrooms do have locked stalls and separated areas unlike men's.

Ladies and girls don't ordinarily go to the bathroom alone anyway. And they always take their purses. Why is that?

What is your greatest concern about this?
That a trasvestite would expose it's self to your daughter... abduction... what?

Don't know all about that ...
Just the fact that a grown man ... could keep a stall door open and expose a young lady to his privates is sickening enough.
