Because exposing your privates to someone else, regardless of the reason, is against the law. It's called indecent exposure in Indiana. You can be arrested for that in IN no matter where you are when it happens; the park, your car, the bathroom, a restaurant, anywhere accessible to the public.

Where do they have guards at restroom doors?

Say you're saying it's impossible to see a man's privates in the restroom whether purposefully or inadvertently ... especially how some dividers between urinals are built w/o "breaking the law"?

Dude ... be real

You don't have to close the stall door

That isn't an issue for me because I never send my young children into a public restroom alone. Even if I am at a store with one of my young ones, and their mom isn't there, I make sure to find someone who works at the store to go into the bathroom with them.

Dan, it is against the law for someone to intentionally expose their privates to someone else in public. It's called indecent exposure. What part of that is so difficult for you to understand? If you don't believe me, call your local police department and ask them if someone intentionally showing someone else their privates in public is against the law. You can also get into trouble for it happening unintentionally in some circumstances.

Re: Men in Womens Bathroom: A Reality now in CO

What about the confusion this could mean to a young child ...

One of the things that helps distinguish gender to a young child is the very fact that there is a male and female bathroom.

My boy knows the difference already by looking at the signs.

How do teachers teach kids to accept this cross-gender situation now at schools.

Joey feels like a girl on Mondays and Wednesdays so girls don't be alarmed when he comes in to your bathroom to relieve himself?

This incident with the lesbian happened at a night club. A bouncer would not ler her use the ladies room because he thought she was a man.
