I checked out the various translations/interpretations of Proverbs 25:11...

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.
KJV

Timely advice is as lovely as gold apples in a silver basket.

An idea well-expressed is like a design of gold, set in silver.

I love Proverbs! Love the one you posted.

My late father would say in later years that there

was a chapter in Proverbs for each day of the month.

Said it would be good to read Proverbs every month.

Lots of wisdom in that!
