I agree there is a connection between those who drop all the rules of outward appearance, and those who toss out the doctrine as well. Here's what I think the connection is:
When you start questioning what you've been taught, it won't stop with the trivial things. You question everything. And it's logical to assume that tossing out one belief will lead to tossing out another, regardless of importance. Some people will scrap everything and start all over again. I think that's an unwise approach. I think you should keep to what you have been taught by respected men and women of God, unless and until you find out otherwise.
