This man has demonstrated a willingness to use violence in the past and has the potential to cause them great bodily harm. A man is responsible for protecting his family and a pastor is responsible for protecting the congregation when they meet. This brother has used wisdom in the steps he's taking, after having tried other measures to reach this man. It's sad that, along with having to deal with some nutjob attacking them, they also have to deal with their own attacking them for protecting themselves.

Hiring a Security Guard for Sunday Services
Notified the Sheriff who lives across from me on my street
Instituting a partner policy, no leader is to be alone at the church, we operate two by two now on
Pulled out my Glock 17, now loaded and is in an safe yet, accessable place
