I would say, in my unprofessional opinion, that Laurel is quite worse than Hattiesburg now. Much of it is gang related.

I will never forget that smell. We brought my grandmother to Texas in the late 50's or early 60's. I loved visiting her in La though. She let me have milk with a spoon full of coffee.
