What is an ACL? I have no clue. I'm more banged up than Roscoe. We bumped heads the other day. I bent down and he jumped up. Now my nose is black and blue. I'll just say my husband is beating me. No one said anything at church Wednesday night. Guess they were afraid to ask!
I'm having such an adventure!

I'm sorry, but I haven't had a dog yet that I would have paid $1700 to have a surgery done!

There's no way I would do that either. Hopefully nothing happens to him, although I'm the one that is getting banged up by my happy dog when I come outside to play.
My husband calls him a "stupid mutt".

ACL injuries are common with basketball and football players - just assumed everyone knew what it was.
I guess the reason I decided to let them to do surgery on her was because it was a leg injury and I'd suffered for years with my knee and I couldn't bear the thought of her hurting like I did. She couldn't walk on her back leg - held it up all the time.

Nope, I didn't know it. Poor thing. I'm glad you got her fixed.
