You know, people with bad intentions can use religion to sway those who would be swayed by it-- in our country, that's a whole group of voters who are almost locked in to voting Republican every time just because of a few stances.

I'm not that old, but I know it hasn't always been this way, right? So how did it get this way? Political "masterminds" have politicized our precious faith!

Democrats have played a similar game for years, conversely, when it comes to Black people. So many Blacks vote for Democrats blindly, or with reservation because of their perception of the Democrat Party as being the party that will always look out for our best interests.

Well neither the Demons nor the Repugnants will EVER get my vote just because of a few stances, and it starts with this election. Unless McCain can show me that he will not be like GWB, I will vote for Obama!

Am I angry? Yeah and so are millions more of our countrymen-- Christians and heathen alike. Like so many of our fine and unrefined citizens, I am voting for change this year. GO OBAMA!

* McCain used to oppose Bush’s tax cuts for the very wealthy, but he reversed course in February.

* In 2000, McCain accused Texas businessmen Sam and Charles Wyly of being corrupt, spending “dirty money” to help finance Bush’s presidential campaign. McCain not only filed a complaint against the Wylys for allegedly violating campaign finance law, he also lashed out at them publicly. In April, McCain reached out to the Wylys for support.

* McCain supported a major campaign-finance reform measure that bore his name. In June, he abandoned his own legislation.

* McCain used to think that Grover Norquist was a crook and a corrupt shill for dictators. Then McCain got serious about running for president and began to reconcile with Norquist.

* McCain took a firm line in opposition to torture, and then caved to White House demands.

* McCain gave up on his signature policy issue, campaign-finance reform, and won’t back the same provision he sponsored just a couple of years ago.

* McCain was against presidential candidates campaigning at Bob Jones University before he was for it.

* McCain was anti-ethanol. Now he’s pro-ethanol.

* McCain was both for and against state promotion of the Confederate flag.

* And now he’s both for and against overturning Roe v. Wade.

Mostly baloney -- you sound like the people I have seen you criticizing saying untrue things about Obama.

Oh please don't-- McCain is not Bush- he has an ideology which Bush did not...
McCain will be a great President. Change is such a hackneyed buzz word and really means nothing. You will get change with McCain, and a fiscally conservative politician as well. Not perfect, but the perfect ones no longer run for president.

Please trust me, Obama is the WORST example of a Chicago politician who will say anything but will do horrible things without regard for anyone but himself and his moneyed backers who keep believing his lies in hopes that some of the crumbs will fall their way... but they wont because there's not enough for da both of em...
