you are missing the point. I did not say he said not to pray.
The point is they are saying IF you have UNCUT hair you get this special power with angels....ok, focus on that...
If you do not cut your hair you will have power, special power..power with angels...special protections..you can even lay your hair on someone and they can be healed....
Ok...normally we tell people that is all by faith....we say "obey the word"....what they are saying is specifically "ladies, you are special...because God has chosen you to have power with angels because of your uncut hair"
They even go so far as to quote witches on the power of uncut hair....not because it is obedience, but because it is uncut
