Most of you on here think it’s a free trip to heaven so live how yow want (as long as your not breaking a “thou shall not” straight from God), you can set wicked things before your eyes ( and yes I’m talking about Hollywood, Disney, ect )you can get baptized if you want to but you don’t have to, as long as you believe in God that all that matters, nobodies except God is going to tell you what to do especially the pastor, if you’re a lady you think you can cut your hair, wear pants, makeup and jewelry. If you’re a man you let your wife rule the house ect…………..
Now the apostles taught against all of this, so if you believe this can you still call your self an apostolic according to my belief of the definition of being apostolic (which is preaching, teaching and believing like the apostles. So once again what is so apostolic about AFF
I hope we can discuss this without anyone getting a bad spirit and we can all still be

What's Apostolic about this forum? Perhaps just the forum's name

You may not agree with him but he is still a preacher

Maybe those are his real convictions- do you think
someone should be ridiculed for that ??? what do
we want, a forum where everyone thinks and believes
just like us or one where different thoughts can be
discussed??
Admin I ask that you take a look at this

I would like to know if I'm alone on my thoughts on this
or if others noticed the same thing and agree
Thanks

Frankly, the sight of his calf tells me nothing more about his pastor than the sight of yours tells me about Coon.

Well, we differ then on the definition then. But that's alright, you have the right to be wrong!!!!
Pel, I've learned that it takes all kinds and we're not going to agree on everything. And that's alright, but we need to read the book. It's the final judge on who's wrong and who's right. Jesus is the ultimate authority, not you , not me, not any flesh.
But IMO, we need to be careful telling people that it's ok to say one thing and live another. Especially when we are in the ministry. WE are going to be held accountable for what we say and do. Not saying that you are doing that. I'm talking about be a witness for Him. If you are what you are, you'll live that way, if not then be something else.

I believe it is God who has the final say.... not the Book, only because it cannot speak to every possible circumstance we may run across -at least in a black and white way. Example: sleeve length. Although it does provide many guidelines.....
And I may have read Berkeley's posts different but I didn't see where he was saying he was living one way, then not. But rather just living as to not offend. If he said "I don't do <fill in the blank>" when at his home church, then blatantly doing it while a hundred or more miles away, I would have a problem with that as well.
