I have not met him, but I've heard a lot about him. He was the tuner/technician for many of the greats! I believe he actually traveled some with Horowitz. I was told that the action on Horowitz's grand had very little key dip! Franz Mohr had to make the action to fit his liking.
Others who played his piano didn't like the way it played at all!
