Caffeine is in diet sodas as well.

Unless you go with Sprite and then you don't need diet.

I was as large as 250, yikes. I am much more fit and healthy. Based upon my body structure there is no way I could get 30lbs lower with out being very, very low in the BMI catagory. My waist went from a 42 in the wasit to a 36. I was a 46 in the jacket and still am, but that is with losing the fat and gaining the muscle. I don't sell suits anymore, haven't for about 3 years. Infact I hate to wear them, but I was good at the job.

I would love to weight 180 though, but that is gonna be tought to do, but not impossible

In my original post about diet soda I told that they drink diet and caffeine free. So their diet has no caffeine.

I figured. But those things are really never accurate. They do not take into account about how a bodies structures are and if you have muscle mass.

They have all but scrapped those old charts and now have different ones for different body types. It is ridiculous to expect a 5'11" jacked-up bodybuilder type to weigh the same as a skinny 5'11" nerd (no offense DT)

Re: What about physical fitness?

I want to say I believe it was at Impact '01, in Columbia, Ms. That Bro. Terry Shock preached about Being overweight.

When he first got started, he said he was going to preach on something that he knew nobody wanted to hear. Of course everyone thought he was talking about standards, so they started clapping.

He says" No, not holliness, but our bodies. You could have heard a pen drop for 20 minutes.

Re: What about physical fitness?

I think conservative apostolics tend not to be very active in organized sports or physical fitness activities (it's tacitly discouraged in some circles!) so that just lends itself to people adopting a very sedentary lifestyle... hence, the weight gain.
