But we see some come and go because deep down someone hurt them, just to make a point. And we must be right or fight to the death in defense of our opinons. If some of y'all talked to one of my kids the way you talk to each other, I would really be angry and hurt.
So imagine how God feels when we talk about each other, and treat each other with disrespect. We are after all His children. I have seen people I have come to respect and feel like they are family treated worse than some of us would treat a dog. And I have felt the sting of unkind words myself.
So I will tell those of you who think it's funny or cute to zing someone, think about who you are offending. One or more of God's children. And those of you that are parents know, if you hurt my kids I hurt too. I do understand in the heat of battle defending our brother or sister, but in the process are we offending another brother or sister? If we are then we are hurting OUR Father.
I don't know if anyone cares or not, but this is how I feel. Maybe this should be in the blog section or whatever.
And if I have hurt or offended anyone, please tell me openly on the forum and I will apologize. Because I don't want to hurt our Father's heart.

I've seen a few good discussions on theological issues but for the most part people are civil.
But the real problem is with politics. I constantly hear people call people "baby killer", "murderer", "abominable", "communist", "socialist", etc. etc. etc. It goes the other way too....
I think that a large degree of all of this could be reduced if we boycotted political discussions and just meditated and discussed views, opinions, and possibilities in the Word of God.
