The problem is that he has visited a bunch of Apostolic churches in the area, and this one is the one he likes the most.
The only other choices are attending some trinitarian church!

No, I was trying to see how hard the ultra con dress code woulld be on the kids.
Boys - no problem
Girls - uh oh. Uncut hair, no pants, no jewelry, no makeup, no.....no....no.....

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: What Would You Say?
I have been away from it all since 1999 so I have no idea - I thought it might be Belleview with the Varnums but they are with the UPC. I still have no clue who would have a church that size - BASS?

I am sorry that he is in between a rock and a hard place....his wife should comply with what the pastor preaches then...IMO.

I have seen so many lies posted. The best one is the one Triumphant 1 did his best to combat. You know, the hair cutting party thing?
Prominent members of this board chose to believe the lie and even continue to spread it, even though T1 had totally proved it was false.

If they LIKE the church then they should have no problem conforming to its fundamental doctrines...one of those being NO pants on the female gender.
If they refuse to comply because they know it's bad theology...they should find another church....just my opinion for sure.

I disagree. They should find another place to worship God.
