I have tried to get my husband to get a pedicure, he has terrible ingrown toenails, and the little ladies at the nail shop could prevent them. But he is too "manly" and apparently he would rather pay the $325.00 for a podiatrist to do it, or yank it out himself, then $16.00 at the 'beautiful nail" shop! What a stubborn man...
$16? I think they charge $25-30 around here plus tip (I guess that would be 20 percent like dining).

I remember an elderly brother in a church near here where I used to preach some times. He was a minister, don't know if he was licensed/ordained. One day I noticed that he had clear finger nail polish on his nails. I wondered if he had had a manicure. It just seemed kinda strange to me.
Speaking of nail polish. Apostolic ladies around here have clear polish, pearl polish, light pink polish, and some of them have that "french" (I think it's called) where the nails are clear but the portion that extends beyond the finger tip is white. Is that an acceptable thing in Oneness churches now?

I adore men who have well manicured hands and feet, style their hair, and wear expensive cologne. I do not appreciate going on a date with someone who is dressed in work clothes, and has dirty fingernails. I appreciate a man than can afford an expensive meal and dress like a million bucks. And is there any reason why I shouldn't?

I remember hearing a woman say that she would not date any man who had hair longer than hers, who smelled better than she did, and who wore more jewelry than she did.

Well that is the "beautiful nail" place, which means its pretty quick, and that is no polish or anything. You also are not able to converse with your nail tech unless you speak Vietnamese, and it REALLY helps if you can understan asian soap operas...
No ambiance, just the pedi!

Would your consider a metrosexual an effeminate? (I am really not for sure what characterizes an exact metrosexual.) But most of us know what the bible says about effeminates.
amen, this is my thoughts. You can be effeminate and not be gay.
