It is "The Church Voice" , published by The Church of Jesus Christ, Inc of Niles, Ohio. The date is March, 1962. Presiding Bishop is Wade M. Frost. A.O Shelley is the Asst. Presiding Bishop. Lead article is entitled "The Mystery of Paul's Ministry- Part 3" by Nevel Searcy (also District Elder of Los Angeles, Cailf. ) Name vaguely familiar to me is Edgar Tetrick of Louisville, KY
Also... "The Apostolic Advocate", July/August, 1964. Published by The Apostolic Ministerial Assc., Inc of Tipton, Ind. Lead article is "The Fatherhood of God in Christ" by Bishop G.T. Haywood. The Board of Bishops include W.R. Coleman (Trotwood, Ohio), Berchett Howard (New Castle, IN), L.R Ooten (also Editor-in-Chief- Tipton, IN ) and J.F. Thompson (Cincinnati). The name Howard Burchett is vaguely familar.
I'll scan and either post or email copies if you'd like.

I would like to have copies of both.
Wade Frost lived in the Cincinnati area and when the UPC here (pastored by F.E. Curts) split, Wade Frost was part of the group who left and formed a church known as the Full Gospel Church. At one time Wade Frost pastored a church in Carrolton, KY. I have preached there but a younger man and his family were pastoring. At that time it was considered an ALJC church. I've only met Wade Frost once or twice.
I may be mistaken but I think I met Bro. Shelley just once. He was an old man and his wife had just died. At that time (some time in the late nineteen seventies) he was going to a UPC in Hamilton, OH.
Back in the late nineteen seventies I was a licensed minister with the ALJC. At that time Elder Tetrick was in Louisville, Ky and I think he was an officer in the KY district.
I've had a copy or two of the magazine you mentioned. I think there was a Bishop Yoder from somewhere in Ohio in that organization and also a minister in NY (maybe Yonkers) whose name was Shemansky.
As far as the AMA, Bro. L.R. Ooton was the superintendent or presiding bishop or chairman back in the nineteen seventies. I only saw him once and that was at the church pastored by Bro. William Coleman. At that time Bro. Ooton was (to me) an old man. Bro. William Coleman was editor of that paper back in the nineteen seventies. He belonged to both the AMA and ALJC. I've preached for him several times and been to his church for youth rallies.
I actually was young at one time. I resigned as sectional youth leader in the ALJC in December 1977 when I turned 40. That seems like a long time ago.
