I said it before, it is not a "your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit" issue. It is an issue of "Thou shall not have any other Gods before me."

To smokers, cigarettes are your God, and don't tell me you can smoke without becoming addicted to nicotine. It is a scientific impossibility.

Smoking will not send you to hell, but worshiping at the feet of your addiction will.

Actually, you are lying to yourself...or your wife is. Like I said, it is scientifically and chemically impossible for someone to smoke cigarettes on a regular basis even if that basis is once a week, and not have some level of addiction.

I have known some of those as well. They literally smoked every now and then and they could take it or leave it. It was definitely not an addiction.

I don't rely on my feelings concerning my salvation. I rely on the Word of God. That's what's wrong with church people; too much reliance on what they feel.

Sorry, I only have 1 honey and also, using the argument that some have used about smoking, when used the same way with overeating would mean that the belly becomes the god that they are worshiping.

It only takes three days for every trace of nicotine to leave the human body. So much for smoking a few cigs once a week and it being an addiction.
