Of course many women look that way naturally, or from any kind of exertion. But NNOOOOOO...it's all gotta be condemned as it points back to sexuality.

As far as hair coloring. Everything should be NATURAL...the way God made you. No messing up, or 'fixing' God's creation.

Of course, they forgot the one little eensy-weensy flaw in that plan...it was actually God that created us with the desire to look nice, and be all girly-girly. Women everywhere dress up, color up, curl up. Or if you live in Africa, add those sticks and rings.

So go ahead girlfriends...Get your frill on!!!

BUT.....have you notice in nature that the male species is always the most colorful or attractive.

Lions - the male lion has the mane - the female doesn't.
Birds - the male are the colorful ones - the female are the plainer ones.

I think it's in humans to be attractive... The standard or idea of being attractive can vary based on culture and conditioning.

Also, i don't think it's a sin in itself, but vanity is. Where is that line drawn? It can also vary imo. God knows the heart, and our hearts can deceive us.

I'd just be careful

You have hit upon a good point. The vanity can come from someone without a stitch of makeup on too!

Exactly =/ that's why is so hard to say "make up = vanity". Or to draw distinct lines using vanity as reasoning.

In my mind, someone could easily wear make up and not be vain. Just as you said, they could also not wear any and be vain.

If we follow that reasoning, the men should be wearing makeup.

I wear makeup because it definitely makes me look and feel more attractive. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE! Without it, my eyes and lips almost disappear. When I was 20, I didn't need it, but at 51, I need it to feel good. Nothing wrong with that, if it's done in moderation.
