Your first two statements are correct. Your final statement is correct...but leaves the impression he resigned over his health. Not the case for what happened tonight.

I don't know what went down, and I don't care to know. Being around the Western District for a few yrs and I can speculate that it had to do with politics. It's speculation until someone confirms it... But I am not asking for a confirmation.
