Gravy. My dad will tell you that I can look at a field of rice and tell you how many buckets of gravy it would take to cover it. I really do like gravy.

I love mufalettas if I am in New Orleans and an italian sub, if in the Northeast.

I love fried shrimp, especially if they are fried at home and are fresh from the GOM.

I love my own lasagna, which is super cheesy.

I also love a good gumbo or jambalaya...
