Your right, all it did in the longterm was to grind up PCI brothers into hamburger meat over the years, isolate and destroy brothers like Yadon (who was the longest serving general board member of the UPCI ever, if my memory serves), and make it so that strong 3 stepper ABI (and later bible school) grads could take over the PCI churches as the pastors got older to make the UPCI into the happy body of believers it is today.
