Can people forget?

There have been 5 years of my posting on these forums;
1. FCF
2. NFCF
3. The island
4. AFF

Many of you have voiced opinions in posts to me that you value my transparency, others think I let my feelings fly too much, and others think I have issues with men and authority figures.

Now is your chance to tell me what you really think...go for it. I am listening.

Blessings, Rhoni

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Thank you for your honesty. I know that others don't share your opinion and I am all right with that. I chose anonymity so people would feel free to post their true feelings.

I worried that this might hurt my feelings...but I decided to use it as a learning tool. I need to know what areas to work on in my life and if people would be honest without being cruel then it will work.

Love & Blessings,
Rhoni

I appreciate you both. I will have to be honest and say, "I am in the state of Texas, but I am still not sure about liking it, or that it is home yet, but I am working on it".

Blessings,
Rhoni
