certainly there is plenty of indication that Hoovies actions are questionable.
As the once great Theodore Kennedy once said, it isnt guilt or innocence that matters but the seriousness of the charge...
thus I think your only recourse to avoid suspicion is to take your votes back and release them to vote as they see fit...
