Re: PMSNBC does it again...

MSNBC has lost their mind. I remember back when the Iraq war started I actually watched their coverage more than Fox news because it was so good.

Somewhere over the last three or four years ago they went from reporting the news with some commentary to where everything they do is full of hatred and disrespect for Presiident Bush and Republicans in general.

I have made a point to occasionally channel surf over there to see if they are still at it and I am astounded at the things I see and hear. They call President Bush stupid, a moron, etc. Things that no matter how much I was displeased with Clinton I would never have considered it proper for TV personalities to call a President.

It is so skewed they have almost become a caricature of themselves. If i was a legitimate jouranlist like Tom Brokaw or Brian Williams I would call a meeting with the top brass at GE / NBC and refuse to appear any more on MSNBC until they get it under control. Right now it is a joke.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
