There is no way anyone will accuse McCain of being mean spirited! He was awesome to Obama.
John McCain is an inspiring figure. Put aside all of the knip and knap of politics, and the man earned his respect and defended his country very admirably. He's paid costs that most of the rest of us never paid, and deserves our appreciation.
He's a great American whether you vote for the guy or not.
