Queen Esther,

Praying for a safe delivery for you and the baby...can't wait to see the pictures! I had my daughter on Good Friday and brought her home on Easter. Easter babies a precious - this is why their birthstone is a diamond!

Prayers & Blessings, Rhoni

Good Morning Ladies!
I pray all is well with you all.
I am carrying the load at work so it is keeping me a little bit busier. I am able to post and run.

I hope you all are blessed this weekend.

God Bless!

Ron

Good morning all! Just checking in - I have had a busy week with doctor's apt. for my parents. My mom had cataract surgery Wed. All went well. Thank you for praying for her. The worst thing about it was I had to get up at 4:45 am to get her to the hospital for 6:00 am. I felt horrible all day long because I was so tired. My dad had to go to the doctor the day before for a checkup. So, my doctor taxi service was in full swing. Today is the first day I have had to myself all week long. I am going to post pictures of our tea as soon as I pick the pictures up. Yes, I take pictures the old fashion way with film!!! I have never bought a digital camera because they constantly change. I feel as soon as I buy one it will be out of date. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. We are expecting rain. We need it - it has been very dry here. I have had to water my flower beds several times already.

I am sad about CareyM and Malachi moving away...this is hard for me...she is like a daughter to me...and he a son...but I want what the Lord wants for them...they too have had many changes in their lives, all for the better...

At A Crossroads is doing very well also...she is doing great...I talked with her for over an hour on Sunday afternoon...she and her family are very well and happy...she too is having many good changes in her life...

QE...that baby will be here soon...I am so excited for you...I will make a point of special prayer on your delivery day...so let us know when that will be...

Love and blessings all....God is good and greatly to be praised...He is filling my heart and life with his light and love...ahhhh such peace!
Wow, not sure if I can catch up on all I've missed!

STS, Mom, I'm going to miss you too!!! I'm sorry I wasn't able to be here thursday when you brought pizza. My old friend and I needed the time as it was her only day off until we leave. We had a wonderful time laughing and eating!

I'll see you Sunday...not sure what time, we will have to finish the very last minute packing and go visit my grandparents one last time. Grandpa is now in the hospital again with a blood clot that runs from his ankle to his knee. He is making last minute preparations and the executers to his estate are getting together with Grandpa today...I will miss him, but I hate to see him suffer.

Love to all on Gabby's...we leave on Monday for Illinois!!!

Goodbye services at church can be emotional, I hope you find a good church in Chicago. Chicago is a city I have never visited. My stepson and his wife went there this fall and came back with glowing reports. They could not stop talking about how clean and convenient everything was. I wish you well.
QE- I know you will be glad to have that baby in your arms! I am praying that everything goes well.
We had our church tea this weekend. It was very nice. We sold 270 tickets, and had 24 tables for ladies and 4 tables for little girls. I will post pictures as soon as I can. It is a fund raiser for Mother's Memorial. Our family Center is too small. We are hoping to have a new one next year. My next project is to get ready for a garage sale. I really do not like to do these, but the excess junk is running me out of room. So my sister, my aunt and my mother and I are putting on a garage sale. We will see. This is the first one I have done in years. Please pray for my mom, she is having cataract surgery Wednesday. I hope all goes well with her. She has multiple health problems. Just say a little prayer for her. Well got to go fix dinner. Talk with ya ll later.
Blubayou,

You've been busy!! I'm anxious to see pic's of your tea...I love tea's...they are a lot of fun.

Will pray for your mom too!

Thank you for sharing our excitement. We already have a church out there...it's going to be great! It's a new chapter in our lives! My husband also has a new job out there where we live...God has taken care of it all!!! HE is a Good God!

Wow... I didn't realize I'd been away so long-- I have some catching up to do.

I've been bitten by a spring cleaning bug. I'm tired of not having space in this house. I told hubby last week that I am going to get rid of everything that hasn't been used in a year. That should give me some space. I already told him several months ago that unless something goes out, nothing else is coming in. The kids are screaming for MORE SPACE-- as they grow, they need more room-- the girls are hating having to share a room-- and if things go as planned, I will be giving up my office to change it into a bedroom for Michael this summer. It is a little smaller than the room he has now, but the girls need more room because they are bigger and have more stuff. I guess my computer will move back into the living room, the piano will move, etc... But once all the aquariums are moved out in a couple of weeks-- I'll have the space to do all this stuff.

I am just dreading all the painting and rearranging of furniture that has to be done.

I've spent the today cleaning my 8 yr old's room. I came out with three large bags of stuff for a yard sale. I could probably get another bag or two out of there if I had the energy to finish. Who knew we had let stuff accumulate in that room like that... I just cleaned out his closet and dresser about a month ago. Went through the closet again today-- and I do believe this child is in yet another growth spurt. I pulled out three more pairs of jeans, two more pairs of slacks, and about a dozen long sleeved shirts that the sleeves are too short. I went through the summer clothes that were packed away and pulled out things for him today. About half the shirts I packed away, he can't wear because they'd be about three or four inches short. Most of the shorts he has will be okay-- because they were a little long on him last summer.

I was blessed a few days ago when my sister in law called and said she had some jeans that her son outgrew-- and hoped Michael could wear them. We were blessed in them being a perfect fit. So now her son is two sizes ahead of Michael. As long as that continues, she will pass us the hand me downs...

Well, I guess I've rambled enough... I'm gonna go back now and read all I've missed in the thread, and catch up while I relax and drink my glass of sweet tea.

Oh I can not keep up with my boys growth spurts! We need to do some shopping for them soon but I am holding off and gonna hit up some garage sales. With 4 boys it seems I am constantly on the look out for something for them! If they don't outgrow it they stain it or rip it...lol
